The restaurant platform that speaks your staff’s language.
EETS by Spark Mithila connects tables, waiter orders, KOT and kitchen display, GST billing and reports in one platform, with a staff interface in English, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi or Marathi. AI comes in only where it removes real friction.
A short walkthrough of tables, orders, kitchen display and billing working together.
Each phone, tablet or counter screen runs EETS in its own language, so the kitchen can read Hindi while the counter uses English. AI is added only where it saves real work, and staff check what it suggests before anything is saved.

The next languages we are adding to the staff interface.

About voice orderingPhotograph your printed menu and EETS drafts the items and prices for you to review and edit before they are saved. Available now on all plans.
About AI menu importAn order should not disappear into different systems. EETS keeps every handoff connected.
A table is activated and connected to its active order from the first item to the final bill.
Know which tables are available, occupied, reserved or ready to bill. Open any table to see the live order behind it.
Select the table, add dishes, adjust quantities and send the ticket. Staff can track the same order without re-entering it elsewhere.
Staff can continue browsing the menu, selecting items, changing quantities and saving orders during a temporary connection loss. Restore the connection to sync pending work.
How offline ordering worksNew tickets arrive in one kitchen display queue, and KOT slips can print on the kitchen’s thermal printer. Kitchen staff move each order from New to Preparing to Ready.
