Smart table management

Restaurant table management software

Know which tables are available, occupied, reserved or ready to bill. Open any table to see the live order behind it, and keep every order from a sitting together until the final bill.

How it works

One table, one sitting, one bill

EETS tracks each table through service, so staff don’t have to remember which orders belong to which guests.

  1. Set up your floor

Add tables with their seating capacity and area, then arrange them in the table layout builder.

  2. Seat guests

The table turns occupied and a new sitting starts for it.

  3. Take orders

Waiter orders, and guest orders from the table’s QR code where enabled, all attach to that sitting.

  4. Bill and free the table

The sitting’s orders come together on one invoice, and the table is freed once the bill is paid.

What’s included

Everything the floor needs to see

Visual floor status

Tables show as available, occupied, reserved, being cleaned or merged, so the team can see the whole floor at a glance.

Table layout builder

Arrange tables to match your real dining room so staff find the right table quickly.

Areas and sections

Group tables by area, such as indoor, terrace or first floor. The same table name can be reused in different areas.

Merge and split tables

Join tables for a large group and split them again afterwards.

Live order behind every table

Open a table to see what has been ordered and where it is in the kitchen.

Connected billing

Move a table to billing and generate one GST-ready invoice for everything ordered during the sitting.

What to know

  • Tables can be marked reserved, but EETS isn’t an online table-booking system.
  • Cloud kitchens and counters that don’t seat guests can use the order and kitchen queue without table management.
