Voice ordering for restaurants, in your staff’s language

Available now. Staff speak the order in English, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi or Marathi, and EETS turns it into an order from your own menu. At the counter, the items land straight on the bill; for tables, a waiter checks the order before it goes to the kitchen.

How it works

From a spoken order to the kitchen

Voice is a faster way to fill in the same waiter order. Nothing reaches the kitchen until a staff member confirms it.

  1. Tap and speak

From the waiter screen, tap the mic and say the order the way you would tell the kitchen, for example “2 masala dosa aur 1 cold coffee”.

  2. EETS matches your menu

The dishes it hears are matched to items on your menu, with quantities and prices.

  3. Staff check the order

Change a quantity, add a note such as “extra spicy”, or remove anything that isn’t right.

  4. Send to the kitchen

Confirm, and the order goes to the kitchen like any other waiter order.

What’s included

Built for a busy Indian restaurant floor

Five languages

Speak in English, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi or Marathi, the same languages as the EETS staff interface.

Your menu, not a guess

Only dishes on your menu are added to the order, at your menu prices and GST rates.

Review before sending

Staff always see the recognized items first and can edit them before the kitchen gets the ticket.

Same kitchen and billing flow

A voice order is a normal order: it shows on the kitchen display, prints a KOT and lands on the table’s bill. On the counter POS, tap the mic and the spoken items are added to the current bill, where staff can fix or undo them before billing.

What voice ordering does and doesn’t do

  • Voice ordering is live today on Café Pro and Dine Pro.
  • Voice ordering is part of the Café Pro and Dine Pro plans.
  • A dish that isn’t on your menu, or that EETS can’t match, is left out so staff can add it by hand.
  • EETS never sends a spoken order to the kitchen on its own; a staff member confirms every order.
  • Voice needs an internet connection. During a connection drop, staff keep taking orders by tapping items as usual.
  • Voice and menu context may be processed by external AI providers outside India.
