Which plan is right for my restaurant?
If you bill at a counter (a café, bakery, takeaway or QSR), start with EETS
Café, and move to Café Pro when you want a kitchen screen, customer
loyalty and a bigger team. If you serve guests at tables with waiters, choose EETS
Dine; Dine Pro adds advanced reports and room for a larger team.
Can I switch between Café and Dine plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade within your track or switch between Café and Dine. Your
menu, bills and customer records are kept when you change plans; screens that are
not part of the new plan are hidden, not deleted.
How do I pay for EETS?
Request a plan from inside EETS or contact us. Our team calls you to confirm the
plan, collects payment by UPI, bank transfer or cash, and activates the plan once
the payment is confirmed.
What happens if my subscription ends?
You get a 7-day grace period with full access and a renewal reminder. After that
EETS becomes read-only: you can still see your data, export it and settle bills that
are already open, but you can’t take new orders until you renew.
Are inventory and multi-outlet included?
Inventory is included in Café Pro, Dine and Dine Pro: ingredients, recipes,
automatic stock deduction, purchases, wastage, stock counts, low-stock alerts and
stock reports. Multi-outlet management, central reporting and Swiggy/Zomato order
intake are on the Dine Pro roadmap. We show them on this page so you know what each
plan is growing into.
Are voice ordering and AI menu import included?
Yes. AI menu import from a photo is live on every plan, and voice ordering is live
on Café Pro and Dine Pro.
